Product features

Basic process flow
The cleaning machine consists of the main structure of the equipment, cleaning device (spray cleaning station, ultrasonic cleaning station, ultrasonic fine cleaning station), ultrasonic cleaning system, manual pneumatic door, cleaning and filtration system, steam thermal system, inlet and outlet device, electrical control system (including electric control cabinet) and so on. The equipment is used for multi-groove cleaning, from manual feeding to cleaning basket and then crane to each trough for cleaning. First spray coarse wash, then ultrasonic fine wash, finally ultrasonic rust after the cleaning basket hanging down to complete the whole process.
