01.summary

The latest ultrasonic generator officially landed in the ultrasonic cleaning industry in 2007. In 2006, the company set up a research and development team in the development center of Hunan University. It invested a lot of manpower and material resources to revolutionize the control technology of the old ultrasonic cleaner. It has successfully developed the latest ultrasonic control technology. After one year's research and development and experiment, it has achieved very ideal results in relevant manufacturers.

The main characteristic of this generator is that it is driven by advanced digital pulse mode. Compared with the traditional self-excitation control technology, it has the advantages of small size, light weight, strong power, stable and reliable operation, continuous adjustable power, flexible control and so on. It has been recognized by many experts. Frequency scanning ensures that the machine is in the best working state from beginning to end. It can maximize the potential of the ultrasonic transducer. It also has perfect protection functions: over-current protection, output short-circuit protection, integrated digital ammeter, frequency, and PLC remote control functions.

The 1500E type machine has the function of automatic frequency conversion. It can automatically select 2-3 frequencies according to the needs of customers to realize different frequencies cleaning of the same cleaning product, which reduces the cost of customers and improves the cleaning efficiency of customers.

05.Debugging Methods and Steps

1. Open the housing, connect the power cord, and then turn on the power switch.

2. Press the Mode button to adjust the display mode to the frequency display mode. Press the Fre button to observe whether the frequency of the generator is consistent with the frequency of the transducer. If not, adjust the potentiometer shown in 5.1 to match the frequency of the transducer. (Fig. 5.1: Fr1 frequency regulated potentiometer and Fr2 frequency regulated potentiometer from top to bottom.)

3. Connect the load (transducer) to the output end of the generator (Fig. 4). Note: Please press + Very Correct Connection. Press the working on/off button to keep the generator in working state, at which time the frequency indicator flashes.

4.Press the Mode button to change the display mode to the current display mode. By adjusting the power add/subtract buttons, the working current of the ultrasonic generator can meet the working requirements of the load. If the display current value is not consistent with the actual current value, adjust the current correction potentiometer of Figure 5.2.

5. If the current does not meet the requirement, turn off the power supply, loosen the fixed matching inductance of the aluminum sheet (Fig. 5.3, nut loosened to the top of the screw), open the power switch to adjust the frequency potentiometer (Fig. 3.1) after extracting the original matching gasket, change the frequency range (frequency 28KHZ transducer should be 26KHZ-31KHZ, 40KHZ transducer should be 36KHZ-41KHZ) and adjust the power to the maximum. The magnetic core of the matching inductor is pulled by hand and the change of the ammeter is observed at the same time. During the pulling process, the ammeter rises and changes. When the ammeter shows that the current rises to the maximum matching current value, it decreases. When the magnitude of the matching current value is the ideal value, the matching gasket is directly placed on the matching inductance (Fig. 5.3), and the maximum matching current value is reached (the two sides of the core should be symmetrical).

Note: During debugging and using, the current should not exceed the maximum output current (i.e. working current) of the generator, otherwise the generator will be damaged. The rated current of each transducer is calculated at 0.13A during commissioning. When the number of transducers is large, the current can be appropriately reduced to 0.12A.

Fault description Maintenance methods

Ultrasound free,Turn on the power switch
The switch is automatically turned off

(1)Remove the load (transducer), redevelop generator fan rotation, drive board indicator light, indicating that the load has short circuit phenomenon, please check the load. If the switch is automatically closed when the load (transducer) is switched on, the next step is to detect.
(2)Open the enclosure to check if the power switch is damaged. Check whether the fuse on the power board (Fig. 6) is burned. If burned, it indicates that the power tube is broken down. Please replace the fuse, power tube and 22 resistance one by one, and check whether the rectifier bridge stack is burnt down. Detection methods: adjust the multimeter to_resistance baffle; connect the black-meter pen to the positive and extreme of the bridge stack; connect the two AC pins of the red-meter pen to turn on, or replace the bridge stack.

(2)Check for load problems.
Ultrasound is abnormal,Poor ultrasound intensity (1)Use frequency table to check whether the output frequency is within the working frequency range of the transducer (frequency 28KHZ transducer should be 26KHZ-31KHZ, 40KHZ transducer should be 36KHZ-41KHZ). If the difference is too big, the normal working frequency can be restored by adjusting the frequency potentiometer.
(2)To observe the current of ammeter, if the current is too small than the rated current, first of all, we should check whether the ultrasonic transducer is damaged, such as transducer shedding, transducer wafer cracking, bonding water cracking, connecting wire short circuit, etc. Generally speaking, if the current drops little or no, and the sound is normal, but the ultrasonic intensity drops sharply, it is likely that the bonding glue of the transducer cracks, and its judgment method is as follows: Observing the glue coating at the junction of the transducer and the steel plate, under normal circumstances, it should be a smooth surface, if there are small cracks, it is likely that the glue has cracked, at this time it should be Re-bonding the transducer, if the current drop is serious, the main check is whether the connection wire is broken or the transducer wafer is cracked.
(3)Usually working voltage, cleaning object, water temperature and the type of cleaning liquid will have an impact on the intensity of ultrasound, especially in the case of severe agitation, the ultrasound will weaken and recover in tens of seconds, pay attention to the method of use.


07. Matters needing attention

Please place the machine in a dry and ventilated place. The rear part of the machine is more than 35mm away from the shield to dissipate heat. If abnormal work occurs, please contact the maintenance staff. Do not open the cover casually, so as to avoid injury.

1.Two Ways of Frequency Switching

The working frequency can only be switched in the control panel, and the PLC port behind the generator can only control the corresponding frequency of the work and stop. Pictured above 3.3-3.5.

2.It can switch the working frequency in the control panel or the PLC port behind the generator to control the switching of three frequencies. The external controller determines the working frequency and working time of the generator.

The working frequency can be switched in the control panel, and the working timing time with each frequency in the generator can be fixed at 59:59 at the longest. The PLC port behind the generator can start the timing of the generator, starting from frequency 1, working time to; then starting from frequency 2. The two frequencies work in turn. After the work is finished, the next start will work in the order above. The function of the PLC port is to start with one button.
