Ⅱ. Main system description of cleaning line
1. The equipment for high pressure spray linkage seven-station automatic ultrasonic cleaning dryer, it is mainly composed of: high pressure spray system, cleaning machine main body and door panel, ultrasonic generator and transducer, upper and lower material raceway, PLC, electrical control cabinet.
Technological process: high pressure spray feeding and pneumatic door open to artificial forward position (drum), pneumatic door closed - high pressure spray cleaning - > the end of the pneumatic door open - > artificial pull out and sent to the automatic feeding in ultrasonic cleaning - automatic hanging - ultrasonic cleaning 1-2 (with circulating device) ultrasonic cleaning - ultrasonic rinse to bubble rinse (with circulating device), the wind chopped water - 3 location drying (with stirring) - blanking (artificial cleaning basket, to specify the work area).

3. Ⅵ. Description of equipment operation proces
1. The operator will first push the basket of the cleaned workpiece to the high-pressure spray chamber (pneumatic door opens) for high-pressure spray cleaning (pneumatic door closes), and after the cleaning (pneumatic door opens), pull the workpiece out and then push it to the feeding station of the automatic line. After automatic material hanging of the equipment, the spreader installed by the chain conveyor line body is successively sent to each station of the equipment for work, and then dried through the drying channel on the upper part of the equipment. 2. The liquid with floating objects will be automatically taken out of the overflow tank. If there are larger particles in the cleaning fluid suspension, it will be thoroughly filtered out by the filtration system. After filtration, the water with a precision of 20 will be filled back into the cleaning tank. Such filtration cycle, ensure the solvent in the tank clean, prevent the secondary pollution of the workpiece. When the basket leaves the notch, the ultrasonic wave will automatically close, thus extending the ultrasonic service life.
3. The inlet valve of the circulating filtration system is normally opened, and the industrial tap water will be discharged from the overflow port of the tank. 5. NO.4 tank is a bubble rinse tank.
