1. Equipment job Description:
This equipment is an all-in-one machine. By manual feeding, the cleaning basket will be placed on the feeding car, automatic transmission, press the automatic start button, when the cleaning basket is transported to the specified position, the equipment inlet (outlet) cylinder door closes, when the cleaning is finished, the cylinder door opens, the moving car can automatically discharge. The cleaning basket is transported to the specified position by motor drive under PLC control, and the cleaning basket is successively sent to vacuum ultrasonic cleaning tank, ultrasonic rinsing tank and bubble tank through the drive of motor lift device and horizontal cylinder device. Then the cleaning basket is transported to the air-cut and blow-dry blanking mechanism for blow-drying, and the entire operation process is completed after the final blanking.
